How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Are the candles hand-poured?

  Yes, all our candles are hand-poured. We focus on small batch productions, only using the best ingredients, to let our clients enjoy the luxury of handmade products.

I noticed some color variation in my candles. Why?

Natural ingredients in our fragrances can cause candle wax to oxidize. This is completely normal and does not affect the fragrance integrity or the burning experience.

Why is my candle tunneling / have wax on the inside of the glass?

The right way to burn a candle is to let it burn until the top layer of wax is completely melted across the top of the vessel.  This is especially important on the initial burn, but consistently burning this way will ensure your candle burns evenly throughout its use.  Keep in mind that this could take a couple of hours, depending on the size of the candle, so try not to light your candle unless you can give it the time it needs to burn evenly. As an added bonus, burning your candle for longer periods of time means that the fragrance will be stronger. Keep the candle away from drafts or moving air – this includes fans, air conditioners, open windows, and areas where people travel back and forth. Moving air disturbs the flame, leading to an uneven burn.

What are the ingredients in a LEILANI candle?

Our candle formula is simple: rapeseed and coconut wax blend (100% plant based and non-toxic), essential oil , cleanly extracted plant and flower essence and a wood wick (or wicks). Our wicks and fragrance blends are free of propellants and other synthetic ingredients to deliver a natural and true scent. If there’s something more specific you’d like to know please contact us.

The product I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?

We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically ship in 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). And you will receive your order in 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri). Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world.

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.
